The #1005 Camp Bread Baker and #1905 Dog'n Brat Cooker are both cast iron cavities that you fill with the würst of your choice, seal up and cook. Cooking it in a sealed cast iron cooker let's the meat steam and cook without the blistering of open flame. If you want to keep the juices inside of a natural casing sausage, this is the way to go.
